Applicable Legal Framework in Belgium <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d964e47 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d964e47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"825\">In Belgium, digital accessibility is governed by several texts:<\/p><ul data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1308\"><li data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"949\"><p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"949\">The <strong data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"858\">law of July 19, 2018<\/strong> requires public body websites and applications to comply with WCAG standards.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1174\"><p data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1174\">Since <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"978\">June 28, 2025<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1019\">European Accessibility Act (EAA)<\/strong> is fully applicable and extends these obligations to digital services intended for the general public, particularly information and e-commerce websites.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1308\"><p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1308\">The reference technical standard is <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1239\">EN 301 549<\/strong>, which incorporates and adapts WCAG criteria to European realities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1458\">Therefore, the PMR \u2013 Croquons la Vie website applies these rules to ensure legal compliance in Belgium and within the European Union.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41a7635 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"41a7635\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">III.
